# Project Memory

## Current Status
- Senior Architecture Review completed.
- Homepage Implementation Completed.
- Production Audit & Optimization Pass Completed.
- **Inner Pages Implementation Completed.** (About, Ministries, Contact)
- The project is fully semantic, performant, accessible, and primed for ACF/WordPress conversion.

## Risk Assessment
- **Design Risk:** Client provides low-res imagery. *Mitigation:* Implement a subtle noise/texture overlay to mask resolution issues. (Handled via overlay in CSS).
- **Performance Risk:** GSAP + large images causing jank. *Mitigation:* Will use CSS transforms only, WebP images, and lazy loading via native `loading="lazy"`. (Added explicit `will-change: transform`, `<picture>` tags with WebP, and `<link rel="preload">` for LCP).
- **Accessibility Risk:** Low contrast on gold-on-parchment. *Mitigation:* Test all colors via WCAG AAA guidelines. Ensure focus states exist for keyboard navigation. (Added "Skip to Content" link, `aria-current="page"`, and strict image `<alt>` tags).
- **WordPress Risk:** ACF JSON out of sync. *Mitigation:* Strictly use `/acf-json` folder and commit it to version control. (Added `data-index` attributes to components for easier repeater integration).

## Recent Optimizations & Execution
- Replaced empty `div` backgrounds with semantic `<picture>` and `<img>` tags for SEO and responsive loading.
- Replaced dangerous `mix-blend-mode` on the header with a performant scroll-based solid background class (`.is-scrolled`).
- Built `about.html`, `ministries.html`, and `contact.html` prioritizing speed and WordPress compatibility.
- Reused components (`ministry-card`) across pages to maintain DRY principles for future PHP templating.
- Added forms and internal styling appended directly to `styles.css` without breaking the GSAP dependencies.
